![]() ![]() I enjoy it from afar by watching other people play or talk about it at least :DģoT is my favorite of the handheld games. I always wanted to like it more but sometimes you can't force it. And I wish the horse didn't just keep walking into me lol. ![]() Trying to compete with other farmers and keep track of the shops just didn't do it for me. I liked the characters but I found that one to be a little too stressful for me. Going to the Safari every day in SoS drove me nuts! I know I didn't have to go so much but I needed those materials. Made sure to leave an empty spot in the middle so I can water everything. I learned very quickly that the farming is super old-school and can't have a full 9 square patch. Story of Seasons only lets us do that at the Safari Zone (Trio of Towns only let us do that in West Town, if I recall, another simple mine area) and so I had to go there every time I wanted to mine Philosopher's Stones (Lol Edward Elric would be jealous if he knew how easy it was to get those in that game, in FMA it was created really sinisterly and not just mined in rock, but SOS' might not have power anyway) or Pink Diamonds. I like mining and going into caverns even though it can be time consuming. One thing Story of Seasons doesn't seem to have that I think this one does is mining. I liked playing them both a bit, and I can usually enjoy each title I play regardless if something about it bothers me, but they aren't my favourites and I still prefer Story of Seasons 2015 more than most handhelds. I have a track called "The Starry Night Festival" from Island of Happiness, and it sounds more romantic to me than the Sunshine Islands variant. It's better than Island of Happiness because of the controls not being only touchscreen the whole time, and it has the same bachelors and bachelorettes, so I chose Vaughn in both games, but I liked the romantic festival music in Island of Happiness better. ![]()
